Outdoor Equipment and Engineering Team

In these slides Engineering Team made of 142 Boarders under 35 years of age used outdoor equipment to do projects in Afsaneh's house during 6 years. About 80 projects were completed during this time [2010-2016]. In 2018 the project: Rail Car Charging Station, which can be a funded project in three countries, is Afsaneh's Project. Please see eFactory link under "Project Management" Tab in this website to see how eFactory is integrated as a simulation for Rail car prototyping. To discuss this, Skype Interview is recommended with both using EBOT file. You will see the footing of the vertical wind turbine in this slide show. Discussion about this slide show and its relationship with PhD Proposal would be discussed verbally.

Slide show in this web page is Afsaneh's and her engineering team's work in construction of the gable double galvanised steel car port for installation of the vertical wind turbine on its ridge. Installation of a 5 KW Solar Power on top of the galvanized gable roof of the house was managed by Afsaneh but installed by sub-contractor. A socket with power outlet from the Solar Power was also installed on the front wall of the house which is at the back of the gable carport. This socket would connect the Flywheel to the Solar Power for storing the unused Solar Power during the day. The socket also would serve in future as a charging station for the All Electric Vehicle. The PhD Proposals which academics receive can be modified by PhD Supervisors.​

I read over 200 books and articles for my PhD course at Murdoch University and extracted all relevant texts about my research in Flywheel Energy Storage System for the Wind Power and glued them in these 6 books for recording of my PhD research for the know How in this field. The photo of the 6 books are shown here.

After studying a book in German Language and translating relevant part of it to Persian, I was able to write a computer program in FORTRAN IV based on the algorithm I extracted from the formulas in that book about Gear Boxes. Then based on that algorithm I wrote a computer program for CAD in Standard Gear Boxes. DIN German Standards for Gear boxes was used. Also 650 Gear Boxes of a bankrupt Factory were designed by me under supervision of Dr Rahim Pourabdolrahim. This book has 11 reports which I wrote 1500 line computer program in design of the Standard Gear Boxes by Computer in those reports. In this Photo one of the report showing how polynomial curve fitting was done by my computer program for all the curves in Nieman Book.

​This report is my work in writing a User Manual for running the computer program for design of the standard Gear Boxes






​This book is my report about the research I did during 1985-1987 for IROST [Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology-Shiraz Branch in Iran]. It is about the Design of the Hydraulic Solenoid Directional Valve as part of my duties as a Project Engineer. This electric valve went for manufacturing based on the book I wrote and you see the cover of it.  My Supervisor in this project was Dr Pirooz Deravi [Previous Sharif University of Technology lecturer] Dr Deravi now [2018] lives in Canada. This book exists in reserve library of IROST in Tehran.
For running the computer program SGP [Standard Gear Boxes Program] input data was recorded in this book. So the Machine Design team at IROST [Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology learn from my report how to give data to my program after I left that job to study my M.Sc. course.
