Fish Universities of 30's

I have been trying to study in 70's, 90's and 10's Universities so far. My experience in such universities of the late 20th Century and early 21st century is very exiting for the Fish Students in Universities of 30's !
In my 70's University experience our grounds for discrimination were based on our political views on our country ruling government, and the way classes were jumping in our society and the way rise of new power affected the lives of our academics.
In my 80's University experience our grounds for discrimination were based on who sits on leadership posts in industry and what should be counted as asset, power or emigration?
In my 90's University experience our grounds for discrimination were based on family commitment and the number of part time vacancies for female engineers and available vacancies at PhD course for them in engineering and not in Education!!
In my 10's University experience our grounds for discrimination were based on which engineering discipline would get the funding to run in our state and which Dean would assess the PhD Applications, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or none existing discipline for Electromechanical Energy Storage?
In my 20's University experience our grounds for discrimination are based on people of certain ethnicity pushing out others out of University vacancies for the political power they have gained as a result of their numbers in small departments, while they are part of minority groups in our bigger society. Also the rising power of administrative women, whose numbers are now 98% of the women work force in the state in compared to 0.2% of female engineers number at PhD courses in mechanical engineering Disciplines in the country, are of concern for discrimination based on social class.
Emigration to Fish Universities of 30's due to being oppressed, seems to be the only option for my type students. Perth PhD Students now are advantaged by Air-Asia Perth-Xi'an flight of lower than $320 return ticket and being tourist for the rest of their research study in the new rail line cabins, ….it is really Fish, not Rat....Also Study Abroad [loan] Policy but not with China, of Prime Minister Malcolm Turnball branded 2018 for PhD students. Jump in Air and on Rail and enrol as fast as High Speed Xi'an Finlnad Train...Don't wait in the Que, behind male students in their 40's at Faculty of Engineering in your State...
