In this web page the University Assessor finds the 15 files he/she needs to assess the PhD Student. To keep record of all the files in this web page, please print file 15.
Files 1, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 11, are qualification and experience based for the applicant. Files 1, 2, 3, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15relates to Communication with University academics. Files 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 relates to the Principal PhD Supervisor assessing the applicant for PhD candidature. The best way to assess is first printing all 15 files to see their contents. On top right corner of each documents you would see the Document codes such as IPA, CV, SA, etc. These codes are all listed in file 15 in column 2 from left. ____________________ The first Assessment Instrument is for the Potential Supervisor. Please see "File 13. PPS_...", and respond to it. You can send this to future PhD student, or send it to Dean of Graduate Research School [تحصیلات تکمیلی]. ___________________ If you want to see who else can supervise the Future student, please see "File: 14. SA_...". ____________________ If you want to give advanced Standing for this future student and want to know which Universities you can join your University to be able to manage the project supervision using resources of overseas Universities, please open "File: 11. AS_..." _____________________ To state your agreement for supervising this PhD student, please tick [using your mouse] 1-10 check boxes in "File 13. PPS_..." and attach this file to your email. Every thing you want to say you can write in body of your email. Please send your email with attached "file 13. PPS_..." to the PhD Applicant. This student by then has been only academically assessed. Still Graduate Research School needs to work on assessing the full true documentation of this applicant. _________________________ On Interview day please keep a copy of Files 3, 12 and 15 next to your hand, as we would definitely use these three files at Interview to direct each other to various relevant files to the topic of Interview. |
