Perth Universities are not 2017 RTOs
Perth 4 universities need new rules to operate for the demanding skill and Knowledge requirements of 2017 and onwards. Lack of such rules has created a discriminative environment in 4 Perth Universities that even the top students are at risk not to be trained at these universities, due to lack of up to date skills of academic staff. Age discrimination is one of the attitudes, which are seen continuously and non-stop in all Perth Universities, depriving a lot of mature students to be places at higher education research courses available only for lecturer's pet, not for every talented applicant. The second issue depriving applicants to be trained is English Competency Policies used in "strict obsessive assessment method" to discriminate a particular student. I wonder why people are not trained adequately in the education they are qualified, and why thousands of people deliberately made unemployed by universities. One of the core reason why Perth Universities are so discriminative and unfair is the unfair distribution of WA Tax between Australian State Universities. WA Universities do not get even a peanut of WA Tax payers money in Schools of Mechanical Engineering in 4 Perth Universities. For every academic who is qualified to supervise PhD students in WA Universities there are 12 similar academics in average in other States Universities. At one university in Melbourne there are 138 academics for supervision of Engineering PhD students. This means WA tax payers only support HDR Students in Other States and not in their own WA State.:
